Today’s industry is facing the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation: Big data, complex corporate structures, increasing demands on automation, ever shorter production cycles, recruitment and training of employees, data security and new industry standards are only some of the factors that call for new ways of thinking. How can companies turn these challenges into opportunities and find solutions that prove themselves in practice and prevail on the market? The answer: By always keeping human needs in mind. attoma accompanies its customers on this journey and helps them develop future-proof strategies by means of a user-centered design approach. This pays off – not least from a business point of view. attoma’s designers and consultants are experts in UX & HMI design for industrial applications with a special focus on optimizing workflows and controlling mission-critical processes. Depending on the client profile and mission, we work along the entire value chain – from the product idea through production and sales to final use, recycling and maintenance. Our services include the development of service design strategies, the execution of user research projects, collaborative workshops and user testing, the agile development of prototypes as well as support during implementation and adoption of a solution.
