Best Paper Award

The committee chaired by Prof. Dr. Thomas Gessner, Fraunhofer ENAS Chemnitz, nominated the speaker of the best paper at the Smart Systems Integration 2012.

The winner of the Best Paper Award is Dominik Zimmermann, Micronas, Germany “On-chip micro fuel cells as power supply for smart microsystems”.

Best Poster Award

The conference participants and visitors of the accompanying exhibition elected again the best poster among all poster presentations on-site.

The Best Poster Award gone to Christoph Budelmann, DFKI, Germany „Sensor Network Based on Fibre Optics and Smart Electronic Sensor Nodes for Intelligent Sensorial Materials“.

The winners were invited as invited speakers to the Smart Systems Integration 2013. Both winners have been awarded a prize money of 500 EUR each.
