An additional surcharge of EUR 0.60 per sqm + VAT will be charged on behalf and account of the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA).

The stand construction guidelines, technical guidelines and important information for SPS/IPC/DRIVES 2010 are part of the stand rental contract.

Rental-stand

For your convenience you can order a rental-stand. The System Syma costs 87.00 EUR + VAT per sqm. The order form can be found in the Exhibitor Manual Online (available from May 2010). The access data for the Exhibitor Manual Online will be sent to the exhibitors directly.

Service packages

For a successful participation in the exhibition and in order to attract as many qualified visitors to your stand as possible, we are offering you a comprehensive range of services - free of charge, of course.

  • unlimited promotional material, e. g. entry vouchers which will not be charged to your account if redeemed, VIP-tickets for your very special customers, visitor brochures, etc.
  • basic entry of your company name in the SPS/IPC/DRIVES catalogue (4 lines in the list of exhibitors)
  • entry of your company name in the internet exhibitor list including a link to your website
  • exhibitor profile with your detail page in the internet exhibitor list
  • comprehensive press work before and after the event
  • an extensive publicity campaign
  • registration of your co-exhibitors
