Registration Terms 

Registrations for SMT/HYBRID/PACKAGING Conference 2010, are binding and only accepted online at www.smt-exhibition.com. Upon receipt of the registration participants will receive an invoice, serving as booking confirmation.

The following credit cards are accepted: Eurocard, MasterCard and Visa. Participation without payment will not be allowed. Therefore, make sure that the organizer receives payments prior to the event.

Once the registration process has been concluded, you will receive an email booking confirmation including an entry voucher to the exhibition center; please make sure to bring this along. Your conference documents will be issued on site at the conference counter.

Cancellations will be accepted in written form only. If Mesago receives your cancellation until 7 May 2010 a processing fee of 74.00 EUR becomes due. After this date and if the participant does not attend, the full fee becomes due. In case a participant should not be able to attend, a substitute can be nominated.

Mesago reserves the right to cancel a tutorial due to a possible unfavourable booking situation or other important reasons. Beyond reimbursement of already paid participation fees additional claims will not be fulfilled. Program or speakers are subject to change and do not entitle to any claims.

Booking on-site: plus 40.00 EUR per participant
Cheques and bank transfers sent/made from outside Europe will be charged with 10 EUR.

All fees plus 19% VAT.

Package

Payment of fees entitles you to the following services:

Participation at the sessions and/or tutorials booked, documentation, free admission to the exhibition, exhibition catalogue, coffee break, lunch on the day booked, participation at the Exhibition Party on 8 June 2010.
