The large need for information with regard to the production of electric drives lead to the realisation of the E|DPC Conference 2011 at Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg. The conference provided an excellent platform for the exchange of experiences and ideas to the present development engineers, scientists and users.

Following the great success in  2011, E|DPC 2012 will take place from 16 - 17 October 2012 at the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg. The focus of the conference is the presentation of highly innovative products and production processes and strategies from various industry sectors. Production managers, machine producers and process expert meet here in order to discuss the solution of current problems and future questions.

The E|DPC Conference 2012 will be accompanied from Tuesday to Wednesday by the E|DPC Expo 2012. Companies, research institutes and other organisations have the opportunity to present their products and services to the conference delegates and visitors. The high qualification of all parties guarantees informative technical discussions.
